Announcing Our 2018 Festival!
The Seattle Asian American Film Festival (SAAFF) presents its 6th
annual festival February 22-25, 2018, at Broadway Performance Hall (Opening Night),
Northwest Film Forum and the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience.
The 76 films on the program feature the best in recent independent cinema by and about Asian
Americans. SAAFF’s mission is to spotlight Asian American voices, perspectives, and histories
by screening independent films that reflect the diversity and richness of the Asian American
The Opening Night program on Feb. 22, which runs from 7:00 pm to midnight, will feature the
award-winning feature comedy SIGNATURE MOVE and a party at 9:00 pm filled with Asian
American contemporary entertainment.
Opening Night including film: $18 (general) | $15 (students/seniors)
Party only: $12
Regular Tickets: $12 | $10
Festival Pass: $80
There will also be four Free screenings. Seating will be by a first come, first served basis.

Are the films in English?
Most films are in English. There will be subtitles for non-English segments in the films.
How do I interact with SAAFF and filmmakers?
We will have panel discussions and Q&As with filmmakers after many screenings.
Filmmakers oftentimes make themselves available for discussion in the lobby, and many will be
in attendance at the Closing Night Party which is free for all to attend.
Can I go to the Opening Night Party if I can’t
make it to the Opening Night Film,

Is there food available at the theaters?
On Opening Night at Broadway Performance Hall, food and beverages are available.
At Northwest Film Forum, concessions and beer will also be available. And many restaurants
are within walking distance of the theaters.
