Description

With his young daughter Kass in tow, Frank treks back home to his parents after being recently laid off. Packing their lives up in a pickup truck, they drive across the California desert hoping to make it to their destination in one piece.

Director Norbert Shieh is scheduled to attend.


Director's Bio

Norbert Shieh is a Taiwanese American filmmaker and cinematographer based in Los Angeles. Through delicate and formal observations, his internationally-screened films explore new perspectives on the quotidian. He received his BA in Visual Arts from UCSD and holds a Film/Video MFA from the CalArts.
