Description
In the slums of Bario Dos is a shantytown controlled by a slumlord. Police officer Leo Ruiz must use his Filipino fighting style to rescue a kidnapped little girl.
Director's Bio
Erykah Del Mundo earned her Bachelor’s Degree from De La Salle University in Manila when she was only nineteen, and her Master of Fine Arts from New York Film Academy when she was twenty-one. Since then she has been a fixture in the Los Angeles film community, having worked for such prominent film companies as Millennium Films, Eclectic Pictures, and Warner Brothers Studios. After working on a series of well-received music videos and television pilots, Erykah directed the award winning short film Patient One. Her short film BARRIO DOS: PINTADOS was screened at Cannes Film Market to help promote the feature length film, Barrio Dos. Erykah established her own company, iLong Productions, which is currently developing indie genre projects both from Los Angeles and Manila. She splits her time between the two cities.
